When it comes to Valentine's Day, I usually get one present for both of my parents so that they can use it together. It just makes things a lot easier, and it will give them something to do together!

The restaurant gift card and movie gift card aren't too expensive! The spa gift certificate might be a little expensive, but it won't be too bad. A little weekend getaway at a hotel would be a really good gift if you had some siblings to split the cost between! You can also make something for your parents because parents LOVE homemade things ;)
